What is being sold

This site sells career services and digital products, described and priced on their own pages. The scope of each service is what its page says it is, and nothing more.

Who delivers the work

All work is delivered personally by a single practitioner holding SHRM-CP certification. Work is not subcontracted.

No guaranteed outcome

No service on this site guarantees an interview, an offer, or employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside my control. What is guaranteed is the deliverable described on each service page.

You submit your own applications

For Managed Job Search I source roles, tailor your materials and prepare applications to submission ready state. You submit them yourself. I do not log into your LinkedIn, job board or email accounts, and I will not ask for those credentials.

Ownership of delivered work

Documents written for you, including resumes and cover letters, are yours on delivery. You may use, edit and distribute them without restriction.

Template licences

Digital templates are licensed to one person for personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or included in another product.

Scheduling and missed sessions

Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are moved at no cost. A session missed without notice counts as delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
