What event support covers
Recruitment events put your agency in front of people who would never search for it: practitioners at an industry conference, members of a professional association, or experienced professionals at an evening information session. We handle the work that makes an event produce candidates rather than just foot traffic.
- Event selection: which industry, professional, academic, and affinity events reach your target talent, with cost and audience estimates.
- Planning and logistics: registration, exhibit or session arrangements, materials, and scheduling, coordinated with your contracting officer’s representative before any cost is committed.
- Virtual events: information sessions, webinars, and virtual career fairs, including platform setup, promotion, moderation support, and accessibility (captioning and accessible materials).
- Pre-event outreach to prospective attendees from the talent pipeline and event lists, and scheduling of one-on-one conversations with your staff.
- Follow-up: every interested attendee receives your USAJOBS announcement and is added to the pipeline.
What you receive

Questions about recruitment events
Who speaks for the agency at an event?
Your staff. We plan, promote, and support the event, but your employees represent the agency, answer questions about your hiring process, and talk with candidates about specific positions.
How are event fees and travel handled?
Registration, exhibit, and sponsorship fees vary widely, so they work best as reimbursable costs approved in advance. Contractor travel follows the Federal Travel Regulation and requires prior authorization.
