Digital products

Digital products carry a 14 day guarantee. If a template pack or guide is not useful to you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Services

Services are refundable in full any time before work begins. Once work has begun, a service is not refundable, because the deliverable is expert time that cannot be returned. Instead, every service includes a revision round, and I will keep working until the deliverable meets the scope described on its page.

Email success@careerconsults.org with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
