I am a recruiter, not a resume writer who has read about recruiting. For fifteen years I have been the person on the other side of the application: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, running interview loops and advising hiring managers on offers.

That is the whole value on offer here. I know what gets filtered out before a human reads it, what a hiring manager actually asks after you leave the room, and where an offer has room to move.

I hold SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
